At last I can now share with you my little polar bear POLO.  I finshed him in September but I only just had time to photograph him.  He is 5" sitting.  I hope you like him.

This originally was a hand-drawn pattern of a Westie which was kindly given to me, however as I started to sew the peices I decided to change the head (3 times), put a curve in the back and change the legs and a polar bear was born! I also decided to add little ultrasuede paw pads.  I've lightly shaded around the eyes and inner ears (this was my first attempt and I nearly threw this bear away - however I watered the colour down and I'm quite happy with the result).  He is my seventh bear to date. Oh thank you ladies for your kind words - it really does mean alot to me 

I think perhaps in the future I may try this again in mohair just to see the difference - will learn a few new technics first!
