Sorry about the dreadful play on words, but my fingers really are crossed! I've just finished this bear as a special commission for one of my collectors and I'm currently waiting to hear if he's been accepted ... gulp!!!
Phineas Bear (named after Phineas T Barnum) is my latest harlequin clown bear and the final bear to emerge from the All Bear workshop for 2007! Time now for a well earned rest.
At 22" this guy is pretty hefty! I have used beautiful dark chocolate and white Schulte curled mohair and contrasted it with gold head and paws, with 'old gold' velvet pads. He has my sparkly hand painted eyes and wears vintage bakelite buttons.
Anyway, I hope you like him!
Oh wow Paula, Phineas is another stunning harlequin clown bear His new mummy is going to love him.
Enjoy your well earned rest

I'm so relieved, I just heard from my collector and she absolutely loves him, so he will be hopping into his box this morning so that he is with her in time for Christmas!
