Dear friends,
I have not posted much these last days, to show you what I made.
I was busy making Christmas gifts.
I made two cross-stitch with Beatrix Potter critters. I love Beatrix Potter critters soooo much.
The one I framed is for Malko's niece and the one I incorporated into a pocket is for his nephew. I made the pocket myself and finnished it yesterday in late evening. Phewwwwww.
I am not sure the children will appreciate them that much, cos they are too young (Maxence, the girl, is about 4 and Nathan about 15 months).
I hope you like them.
I think i am now addicted to cross-stitch, and it is going to be hard to reconcentrate on my teddy bear making. But I have to! I will have a show on Easter week-end, and donnot have that much time to prepare it (because my teaching position does not let me that much free time and energy for it).
Beary hugs,
Sophie.
Sophie they are beautiful, you should continue to do what you feel like at the time, the bears will be back for you soon. You have plenty of time.
Have a lovely Christmas
Pauline
Dear Sophie,
Great to see your wonderful cross stitch - it is one of my great past times also. I love Beatrix Potter too.
I am sure that your nieces will really appreciate all the work that you have put in to these.
All the best for a very happy Christmas and a wonderful 2008!
Warmest bear hugs

Very pretty and so well stitched, I love them Sophie. Even if the children are to young to appriciate them I'm sure their parent will.
Hugs, Jane.
Very beautiful Sophie ! I have determined that I am not patient enough for cross-stitch after making a few things.
