Just a quick question for anyone who subscribes to the I Mag, how long did you have to wait after ordering before you gained access to the most recent issue? I know you can see back issues on the site, but it only goes back to November...I subscribed yesterday in hopes of catching a glimpse of my feature, but haven't gotten access yet, so wondering if it took this long or am I missing something?

Hugs,
Krista

Mmm..... I'm thinking it took a few days to get an email confirming my subscription.
Are you in the January issue? It's not up yet anyway..... I just checked. A bit odd.
But then the paper mag delivery has been 'off' the past couple of months too.

Thanks Daphne....yeah I am pretty sure I am in the January one, I just had a collector email me to tell me she was so happy to see some of the peices that she bought from me in the magazine....I did a feature questionare for them but wasn't sure when exactly it would be out, but can't wait to see it now so I subscribed to the I Mag, I hope it is up soon.

Hugs,
Krista

Hi Kirsta:  I got my copy in the mail this week and you have a beautiful 4-page spread with lots of pics of your babies and contact information. I was very excited to see an article about you.

Victoria and Chad also have an spread on their Braggabout Bears which is very interesting.

And Paula's Georgeous George is on the Pawtrait Gallery.

I love it when I  "know" the artists in the articles. Congratulations to you all.

Krista - Congrats! My Artist Profile was run in the November 07 issue (can be seen in the iMag back issues) and I was soooo pleased with it. It was so incredibly well written. (Thank God she filtered through all of my nonsense babble in the questionaire!) The magazine (print version) is very impressive.... very high quality paper and photos just pop off the page! Can't wait to see your profile when my copy arrives!!

Oh awesome! thanks for letting me know Marlys

I can't wait to check out your feature Daphne, I will check out the I Mag, it has them up till November...although I am wondering now why I subscribed when it is there for free but oh well, unless with the subscription you get access to them sooner?

If anyone is able to scan it I would love to have it emailed bear_happy if it isn't too much of a bother???? kpawz@shaw.ca

Yes, Daphne, this is the January issue #167. I just recently subscribed; this is my second issue. I need to see if I can get the back issue with your interview.

Krista, I'll see if I can scan for you.

Hey! Congratulations on the  feature Krista! I too was wondering about the I Mag. I signed up for it also, hoping to see my feature in it too. I believe it is the January issue. But I see it just goes up to November.
Maybe it will be up soon....

Roxanne - did you get an email from Ashdown with your log-in information? And do you see a place ANYWHERE on their website to "Log In"? I wondered if doing so would give us access to the current issue but at this point December would be a back issue and isn't even up there so I'm guessing January isn't either. If we have a paid subscription but there is no place to log in and we see what everyone else sees... the back issues... then what's the advantage to an iMag subscription?

I'm mightily puzzled by the whole system - if I go on to the TBCI home page, there is NO way I can access the imag , altho' it used to be possible.....
I took out a sub to the imag 6 or so weeks ago, and it took a while for it all to go thru........and then I sent a "pretty please" mail, asking HOW I could access the imags - got a login link from them, so it was a bit of a slow business.  So far, no sign of the new issue, so I guess I'll just have to be patient (WHAT'S that?????)
Meanwhile, congratulations to everyone in there - can't wait to check it all out!
And Daphne's talk of "well-written" got me wondering - I am going to have an article in the next issue of the Japanese teddy mag.............and I won't be able to read a WORD of it!!!!!!!!

Maria - Being in the Japanese mag sounds exciting but yeah - not being able to read what they wrote about you will be frustrating! Perhaps they can email you the write up so you can use an online translator to translate the text?

Glad I'm not the only one having trouble with the whole iMag thing. bear_sad But they really should do something about this!

Hmmn, I was wondering about the IMAG subscription ... now I'm glad I didn't bother!  I received a copy of the mag through the post several days ago, so if I subscribe (mulling it over at the moment) I think I'll stick with the hard copy.
