Is there a software to purchase to design teddy patterns? I have searched google etc and come up with nothing so i am assuming no- but thought I may get lucky. Does anyone know about one?
Hi,
Welcome to TT
I remember seeing that question before so I found it in the TT-library http://teddy-talk.com/viewtopic.php?id=13853
As you can see from the previous discussion, some uses a software program (Corel Draw it seems) and others do freehand-drawings. As far as I know, Corel Draw is not a software specifically made for teddy bear patterns but a general drawing software and apparantly it can be used for making patterns.
I don't know Corel Draw but most software can be downloaded as a trial version for a short period of time so that you can try it out before buying it.
Thank you Kilde- I'll go look at that thread now.

Tracey when I started I didn't use the computer, but Jennifer Laing's book "Teddy Bear Art" - How to design and make great teddy bears" does a great job of explaining how to design your own patterns. (if that is what you are looking to do...)
