I've just finally finished my first bear this year (first in quite some time actually!) It's a two in one set with a regular mini head and an anime head, a special order for a customer.  3 1/2" tall with the regular head and 4" tall with the anime head.

Thanks, everyone! Sorry, I should have said how you change the head.   :crackup:  The heads are held on with snap fasteners so you just snap one off and the other one on!
