I know I read it here somewhere but can't seem to find it....where can the head ball joint mechanisms be purchased? the ones that give the heads endless tilts?

Matilda Huggington-beareKrista, I have been hanging out at this site. Reading up on armatures and clays 'n stuff. You may find it suitable and give you your answer or it may not. I do know that I did read on there and saw in one of the stop motion shops 'ball joints'.

I would like to have a head that tilts in lots of different positions too. Any advice would be welcome by myself and others reading up on joints tips and techniques. Thanking you in advance. Hi Chrissy, welcome to TT! You don't by any chance have Nancy Tillberg's book 101 Bears to make do you? it is an awesome technical manual and explains double jointed necks very well...hopefully you can find the book, I still refer to mine for techniques, it is like the bear making bible!
