Hi Everyone, sorry I haven't been around much lately, I have been super busy with eBay pieces, and custom peices, and have also had a horrible cold....any who, this is baby Shade, a custom made black Chihuahua puppy that I have created for a very sweet lady. I am so happy with how she has turned out and so is her new mommy.

How difficult, but she is Beautiful! Black is so hard, it's blinding to work with. I try to avoid any orders for black cats, althought, I've done a few. I hope your collector realizes how lucky she is

Oh so true Karen, my eyes were boggled by the end, I hate working with black too! With little shade I did her muzzle in a lighter shade and then layered the color on in stages in order to keep the detail...I know she probably isn't as dark as her new mommy wanted her, but I think she is going to love her in the fur!

As always beautiful! Such a great photo too! Not only is black difficult to sew it is more difficult to photograph. I am never happy with my photos of black creations.
