Hello Everyone! I promised to keep you all updated on Otis as he grows.......my how he's grown!! That little puppy we brought home in December is now 5 months old and weighs 70 pounds, but is still just as big a baby as always. He's my sweetie and always as close to me as possible.
He's also teething and chewing quite a bit, but amazingly enough, really only chews on his own stuff. Nothing much of ours has been sacricficed as yet, except for that worksheet of Zach's that I had to get a replacement for (the dog really did eat his homework! ). Otis does love to tear up paper and cardboard, so anything important must be put up right away. Oh, I forgot the day he ate the finger off my barn gloves, but they were deer skin leather, so who could blame a pup for that one?
Anyway, here he is as he's grown:

Here he is now at 5 months.......he's gotten so big!!
Oh Tracy, he is so gorgeous, such a sweet, happy face.
I am wondering whether you can help me, my inlaws are doggysitting a girl Mastiff of about 5 or 6 years old, her name is Molly.
She is very lame in both her front legs, looks to me like her elbows, would you know whether it is just arthritis or maybe something more sinister that we should be looking into. She is really struggling to get around, which is just awful to watch. All the Mastiff info I have found so far says that they are a sound breed, with little complications, which hasn't helped at all!!!
Cheers
Kim
Thanks Kim!! Otis thanks you too!! I'm sending you a PM about Molly........

Those puppy pictures are so sweet and he's grown into a big beautiful boy. Only 5 months old...means he'll be getting bigger? Looks quite at home with your family.
