Hello, I thought I'd take a moment to share 20" 'Fergus' with you. He'll be en route to Brighton (which for those of you outside the UK is a seaside town) very soon ... he is one of my rare shop bears!
There are two more smaller bears to go with Fergus, but they aren't quite ready to show just yet. Hopefully they'll be finished tomorrow. 'Fergus' is made from Intercal's lovely 785H mohair in 'chocolate', it's one of my favourite mohairs and yet sadly, being replaced! 
He got a great face , Paula!!!!

Bumpkin Bearshe is fabulous Paula, funnily enough this is the next piece of mohair I am about to create a bear from, I just love the wavey texture of 785H, I was also really sad to hear it is being discontinued, I thought it was the best one :(

Oh, Fergus has a sweet, sweet face. His color is yummy...why is it that our favorite furs are the ones that get discontinued! 
His head is nice and round; he looks like a young 'un--and yet, he's 20 inches tall! I need to take a large-bear-design class from you, Paula. You have the armsful-sized bears down to a T. Once I design a bear that gets near about 14 inches, I don't know what goes adrift in the limbs!

KezjoyKritterzOoo hes gorgeous..I love round chunky bears..theyre just made for hugging..Ive tried and tried to make chunky bears..but mine never turn out as i want...whats the trick to a round head?? Mine are always flat on top..and whats the trick to a round belly while we're at it??
