Katya is off to ITALY ..well..hopefully..if her new MOM likes her....She's my fourth kitty..and a slightly altered pattern...I liked doing this one..she wasn't so much of a fiddle to do as I think I made the pattern easier for myself..If that's possible with a fully wired cat!!

Thanks so much ladies!! My cat pattern has been a long term 'work in progress'. I have never set out to make a realistic cat...I just want to make a Three O'clock Cat...one that looks like I made it. My first cat Purr-sia was probably the hardest pattern I ever made..and then I made my next one, Kittie who is similar to Katya ...slightly bigger and a more complicated head pattern. I always think pattern making is about making it simpler..and so my aim is always..a slicker shape with the minimum pattern pieces..so with Katya I have changed the shape of the head and I like it so far...but there is room for improvement!!
