.....got any gluten free receipes especially for baking. I would love to get some receipes for my daughter as she really suffers if she eats anything containing gluten. Or do any of you know of good gluten free ready made products...I'm in the UK so maybe some things from the USA etc. may not be available here. Thanks!

I don't need the gluten free but I read this blog because she's committed to using her slowcooker everyday for a year which is something that appeals to me. It just so happens that her kids need gluten free. Great recipes and I think a lot of the things she uses are on the web.
