I've been wanting a hutch to match our dining room table for two years now, when we stumbled into a store that had exactly what we wanted AND it was on sale!!!!!! WhooHooo! Here's a couple of pictures (ignore the horrible wall paper - I'll get around to stripping it off one of these days) LOL!
Very nice Brenda, it goes so well with your table too. I must say that I love the disply inside your hutch.
Now here in England we have never called an item of furniture a hutch (as far as I know.) I was wondering why on earth would you be so happy to get a hutch, as a hutch here is what we keep rabbits in.
Hugs, Jane.
 I too was looking for a rabbit hutch! heehee But what a beautiful peice of furniture (we call it a cabinet )
Hugs Ali x
Brenda it's fabulous! It looks like it was made to go with the rest of your set.
Brenda, we have the same taste in furniture, I love it, and I love the collection of pottery inside, just beautiful.

Simply beautiful!! Hey, wait just a minute there......we have almost the exact same diningroom chairs!! My table is a light pine though. That corner cabinet is spectacular! Oh, and the pottery inside is stunning. Have long have you been collecting it?
Isn't it funny how in different areas we have different names for things? I knew what you were talking because my mother-in-law would have called it a wall hutch. I think because it has a cubby shelf without doors reminding one of a rabbit hutch! ha! Well, now that I have that all figured out.....
Okay, so I'm up waaaaay too early and have already had two cups of coffee! Little Miss Chatterbox here. .......And I'm supposed to be directing my energy into listings this morning. I'll get there. Just wanted to peek in to see what was going on around here. :o)
Warmest bear hugs,

Thanks everyone! Isn't it funny how different places have different names for things. We call rabbit cages "hutches" as well, but always "rabbit hutches" to differentiate. I guess it's like Canadians saying "purse" and the majority of the US saying "pocket book". I always found that weird LOL!
Aleta, the pottery is saltware from Lancaster, PA by Eldreth Pottery. A friend bought me a piece to use as a sugar bowl. almost 20 years ago, as a bit of a joke. I had the teeniest sugar bowl and was always running out, and she thought she'd have a better chance of getting some sugar with a MUCH bigger bowl  We loved it, and decided to go to Lancaster on a holiday and we've been going back at least once a year, ever since. We pick up a few pieces on each visit and they have sooo many lovely patterns, that we decided to buy a little of each one, instead of sticking with one design. I was actually surprised at how much we had when I filled up the cabinet. It was supposed to be our "good" dinner ware but we have ended up using it every day. I do love it.
hugs,
Brenda
A fantastic piece of furniture, Brenda, and your pottery collection is beautiful. Guess I would have called your hutch a "corner cabinet", but I use the word 'hutch' as a piece of furniture, too. My hutch has open shelves on the top half and shelves on the bottom with doors. And it takes up a good portion of one of the walls in my dining room. And for purse, I say 'purse' or 'handbag'. I love finding out the terms people use for everyday items.
Yep Hutch, I love it. Love the style and colors!! Not the wall paper the table and hutch.
Thanks Sue Ann and Kathy! I also find the different names in different regions fascinating. When we are in the US I have to remember to ask for a "soda" as I get funny looks when I ask for a "pop"!
hugs,
Brenda
Wow! It goes perfectly! Though I must admit I was admiring the pottery!!!!
