I made this little 6" bear from the red pile lining and white hood trim in my daughter's jacket that I saved from back when she was 6 years old and am going to give her the bear for her 35th birthday in a couple of months. I used mohair for the head. I am really pleased with how it turned out and I think she will be very surprised (and hopefully pleased!) when she gets it!
I'll post a pic of her wearing the jacket back when she was little as well.
