When you are designing a bear how do you get a wide nose in the front and a nice dint in towards the eyes, you know that nice shaped in look, rounded on the out side but shaped in to the eyes.

If I am understanding you correctly , Fran, you can get that indented-eye-look by presculpting the eye sockects.  If you run a thread between the eyes, especially from the inner eye corners, it will really pull in and sink the eyes no matter what the nose size is. bear_wub

also, if you're looking for wide nose at the tip, then in toward the eyes, shape the gusset wide at the nose tip, then taper in toward where eyes will go.
