Gold-celeb-BBAA-TT.jpgLily-BBAA-TT.jpgI hope it's alright to add pics to this thread of the bears who won places , as requested on another one .
Although I'm bursting with pride I always feel a little unsure at the same time   ! As you can see from the category photos all the entries were superb

"Lily" (2.5" sitting) came 1st in Cat 1 - Miniature Bear

"Golden Celebration" (inspired by my parents' Golden Wedding this year) came 3rd in Cat 6 - Group of Miniatures

It is lovely to see the bears next to each other as although I saw them in the magazine you can see the size differences in these photos.
Ruth I can'believe how tiny your bear is.If it wasn't for the number in front of her I could have missed her as she blended into the background bear_wub  bear_grin

Is the number next to the bear, the place won?
My bear Rose has number 3, does it mean I am number 3 in my catagory?  I entered in catagory 10.
I have not heard from Wendy, or anyone else.. hope my bear wil be back home soon. She looks so tiny in her catagory..lol

Congratulations to everyone!!

Wendy - They're made by Katie Rae Bears - she was also exhibiting at Hove and had lots more beautiful little bears available.

Jane - So sorry to hear that ill health prevented you from visiting Hove.  Hope to see you at Hugglets - I'm sure you'll be doing the rounds with your camera!!

Penney, Maria & Berta - Beautiful bears! Many congratulations to you all!

Thanks for the pics Julie, I've enjoyed them all and am impressed with the workmanship and variety.
But category eleven, in the last pic, I'm a little startled by Hope's appearance.  What is one to do with a young teen spirit?  It's a little obvious that she was unable to behave herself.  I suspect she had in fact been running with the wrong crowd & out drinking the night before while in Brighton?  She made a wreck of herself...... it would kill her father to see her in this condition.
