Does anyone have any idea what year this doll might've been made in?  My mum picked her up in a charity shop because she thought she looked like one of the dolls from her childhood in the 50s.

I would say 1950's or possibly even the early 1960's.  They transitioned from making dolls out of compo into hard plastic and hard rubber after WWII.  So your mom is probably spot on thinking it looks like one of hers from that era.

Great find!

Thanks for the info :)

Does anyone know any good websites where I might be able to find out more about her?

I had a dolly like that back in the mid 60's!
