Hi Carolyn, thank you for your kind words, they mean a lot to me and Sarah too. I believe in being kind to everyone in any way possible, even if it's just by saying hello as I pass by. Who knows that may be the only hello that person gets that day.

Thanks Carolyn, I am hoping all will go well. Sarah is fighting off laryngitis right now. She was supposed to do a presentation on bio-chemistry at uni yesterday, but her voice was giving out after a couple of minutes, so she couldn't do it. I'll pass on your good wishes, thanks.

Can you let us know how Sarah's Race for Life went ?  I'm sure you took some pictures as well, no?  :photo:

If the weather was a bit like here in Belgium, she couldn't have picked a better day : glorious sunshine all day long!

Hi Peter, I have just posted pictures of Sarah at the Run for Life. Thank you for thinking about her. The weather has been glorious, so hot, just right for that obligatory ice cream.         
And yes I am really proud of my daughter.
