Does any one know Mary? I read in GBW's recent newsletter/booklet - something to the effect of 'In Memory of (another name) and Mary Bures"

The Mary I know lives(d?) on Chicago southwest side with husband Steve, has 2 grown daughters and was more active and better known in the miniatures world than the teddy world, though she exhibited and taught in both.
'A Grand Scale' is her business name.

I was shocked to read her name there and am hoping it isn't the Mary I know - she is probably in her mid- to late 50s, a decade younger than I am.

Does anyone have information or confirmation of this?

Yes Bobbie it's her.
She died last November from Gall Bladder Cancer.

Mary epitomized the word 'Lady'; always a smile on her face. What a hole she leaves in this world.
