Hi All.... I have an odd problem with my auctions that I only just found out about.  My format for my auctions has pretty much stayed unchanged for a long time.  Lately, the view that I see when I load my auctions to ebay.ca (using turbo lister) is their new seller page, so I didn't realize that many people are still seeing the old page.  For some reason, although my html hasn't changed, the old page now needs to be scrolled left to right to be seen properly.  I find that annoying myself and can imagine that this may affect my ebay sales.

Is there anyone here still seeing the old page?  Ebay said the new page would be seen by buyers in June, but so far, it shows in ebay.com, but not in ebay.ca.

If anyone is still seeing the old page... is there a fix?

Thanks for any input/help you can give!

Looks exactly the same to me on ebay.ca as ebay.com, Melisa.

It looks fine to me. I don't need to scroll from left to right on my screen.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache?

Thanks for letting me know it looks the same Edie & Susan... at least that tells me it's probably just a problem on my computer.

Thomas... thanks for the idea - I hadn't thought of that.  Unfortunately, I tried it and the page is still the same on mine.  But if it is just me, then I'm not so worried.  I'm using Mozilla Firefox (which I just updated), so maybe that's where the problem is at.  .... update....  I just tried Internet Explorer and it shows fine.

I'm having the same problem with eBay.com, Melisa. Maybe its the seller view. I try logging in using my husband's id and let you know.

Thank you Nancy!  I'm glad it seems to be just me.  It's funny... I don't have any problems looking at other artist's auctions - only mine.  And it's the same when I sign out of ebay and look at my auction as a guest.  Odd.... probably one of those things I'll never figure out!

Hi Robin... we were posting at the same time!  bear_grin   So I'm not just imagining it or something.  Your page looks good to me.

Hi Melissa, I use both Internet Explorer 7 & Firefox and on Firefox I often have problems with ebay listings being too wide and that was before the new listing page and they fit the screen perfectly on IE7...that new listing page is just awful, ebay's going down the gurgler as far as I'm concerned they keep changing everything and none for the better.

Thanks Robin... I've had a terrible migraine all day, so I haven't been on the computer much.  I'd be grateful if you find anything out.

Thank you Denise...  I guess they haven't figured it out for Firefox yet.  I don't like the new listing page either - too busy for me... I have to spend a lot more time finding what I want at the top of the page.  I guess we'll eventually get use to it.
