Hi guys and gals,
I couldn't resist posting these two lovely photo's I found in the paper today.
The first one is called Scooter, probably the world's smallest dog : He stopped growing when he was 8 months old and he is approximately 8 cm (3") high and weighs about 400 grams (less than a pound) ! Isn't he just adorable ? Though you do have to be careful not to sit on him
.
The second one was taken in South-Korea : a farmer discovered a baby deer drowning in the river nearby his farm. He rescued the poor animal and took it with him to his farm. Once there his (female) dog immediately adopted the baby deer and fed it and nursed it back to health. Now they are inseperable .
Hope you like them as much as I did.
Hugs,

such cute little animals!
Hi Peter, thank you so much for posting these two adorable pictures. The little dog is amazing, so, so tiny bless him. Bless that sweet kind hearted farmer for saving the baby deer, how wonderful that the dog adopted it.
Hugs, Jane.
Oh, those are WONDERFUL!!!! Thanks for posting!
Great pictures & what a beautiful story for the second one! Thank you for taking the time to share them!
I love these pictures...post anytime. The little white guy is just adorable and it's hard to believe he could be so small; I can't even imagine. He would truly fit in your pocket. And I always love stories about different species' interaction when they are so caring. It's a trait the world should follow. The Mama Dog and little deer are about the same color and markings. They were just meant to be.
Love the photos/stories, Peter, and thanks much for sharing!
