Tyler is aprox 28cm high, made from German mohair and ultrasuede.
He's traditionally jointed, glass eyes and wieghted with plastic pellets which makes him squishy.
His cheeks, ears and paws have been hand shaded.
He has turned down paws and is at his happiest when sitting down, This is the second bear from this pattern and I love how he turned out He had a funky brown tie; but his new Daddy requested that his tie be changed for a Red one. (as his new daddy always wears a red tie)
He was adopted out within a few days and is meeting his new Dad tomorrow, I hope he loves him
Great Julia, gotta love him. I like his red tie also. Great face.
Hugs Pat
How adorable!
I love his little face, his new daddy is very lucky!
I have a question... what do you use for shading?
Its so delicate and lovely!
Oh, Tyler is lovely!
I love his inset muzzle and beautiful nose, and the mohair is really well-suited for your pattern. Nice work!

Hi, I used oil pastel using a technique I learned from Ellen's Teddy Tutor; this is my first attempt and it was so easy Ellen has a preview of the project on her website here -

I totally recommend it. I'm currently making a new bear trying her trapunto pad technique
Thank you all for your kind comments x
