This is Flocke and while she is a true polar bear she absolutely hates to be in the cold
but loves to snuggle up and play around in the warmth of a lovely home.
She is a crocheted bear, made out of Schachenmayr nomotta Rosato (which is unfortunately no longer available), very soft to the touch, has beautifull glass eyes, is 4 way thread jointed and measures about 17 cm high.
She is the first bear I made from my own crochet pattern in november 2008 and only two weeks later she was adopted. That is where it all started and I kept designing crochet bears.
