My 2 favorite organizations to donate to are Saint Jude and Saint Francis. 
Saint Jude helped me when I was a child and I like Saint Francis because they give hope for animals many feel are beyond help. A lot like Saint Jude!

artbyrjandreaeI'm very fond of Old Dog Haven. (olddoghaven.org). They take in senior pups. St. Francis sounds wonderful. If my sales pick up, I'm thinking of adding a couple more charities to the list.

I started donating to Old Dog Haven a couple of years ago when they placed my friends Grandfather's dog after he died.
Great place! I have 13 organizations I donate to. Unfortunately I too have had to scale back becuase of tight funds but the sad thing is, as we know these places still need help.
