For artists and collectors sponsored by Intercal...your mohair supplier and Johnna's Mohair Store
Hi there,
I am always looking for new bear patterns, I love the work of other artists, especially in different styles. Not only do I have fun using them to make presents, but it helps me learn - by looking at the patterns and what it creates, I can pick up how to tweak my own patterns - it helps me to learn what I like and don't like.
I wondered how many TT'ers sell their patterns, and where I can buy them from.
So please, post your links so I can have a look at what you have to offer
(I only sell bears from my own patterns, not other peoples!)
Um . . . Intercal (our host) offers a free pattern (my design - ). On the home page under the "Teddy" heading there is a forum entitled 'Free Patterns' and you will find it there. Intercal also offers patterns for sale. On the big banner at the top of the page there is a "Patterns" button to click. I also offer a few patterns for purchase on my website.

I have one of my patterns on there and there are several more. My friend Janice sells her patterns on her website, www.boohbears.com

Alison
I love patterns by Loris Hancok. She is in the UK.
I also have many bear making books. If you like whimisical bears, I suggest Neysa Phillippi. Her bears patterns are adorable:
Oh thought of two more :
The fantastic Silvia Gilles - http://www.silviagilles.de/index.html - if you email her she will send you her list
and
our own Christine Healey, Real Deal Bears (check out her fab website!)
Now all I need is the time to put the pattern and the fur together - perhaps if I spent less time on here
HUgs Ali
Wow, Silvia does an awesome Red Panda! I will definitley have to contact her.
Christine's work is so cute too!
I'm never gonna have time to do them all...
