I don't have the truly colorful trees in my yard, so can't compete with the gorgeous autumn colors other parts of the country are known for, but . . . here are a few pics to say that fall has finally arrived in Double Oak. October was one of the wettest on record here, but the rain was welcome after a long, hot, dry summer. We now have sunny days and very mild temperatures (70s - F). Anyone else want to show off your fall colors?
Great pics,
here are some I took a few weeks ago!!!
Here is one of the trees in my front yard...behind the pond there is a whole spectrum of fall but I don't have a picture right now.
Lovely pictures. We don't have trees that turn color where I live in the desert. Thanks!

Alison
Neat picture Alison. The mountains that are close to us are pretty barren with only scrub bushes so no fall colors. Our mountains are prettier in the spring. When we get enough winter rain they are filled with wild flowers.
Great pictures everyone!
Here is some Arizona high desert fall color, we don't get color change in the low deserts till closer to Christmas.
WOW - great pictures everyone........
we've got nice colours here, but they don't look so good when it's chucking down rain!
