Hello everyone,
I've been away on a business trip in Brazil -- five different cities -- promoting a textbook series that I was a part of. While I was gone, I managed to check in to Teddy Talk three or four times just to see what everyone has been doing.
All I have to say is this: You all make beautiful bears!
It was such a pleasure to take those short breaks from work and travel. They always left me with a big smile on my face.
It was a successful trip for me and my books, but I have to admit that I was completely spoiled by the warmth of the people (and weather) in Brazil, and by the fantastic food! I will certainly go back if I get the chance.

How exciting!!! I LOVE Brazil, spent my honeymoon there. We were in northern Brazil in the Manaus area. I agree, I'd go back in a heartbeat!
Wow Becky, What a wonderful opportunity. Good for you, glad you enjoyed it. I bet the food was fantastic.

How lucky you are, Becky!! I would love to go there and to try the food which, I've heard, is wonderful. I'm glad you had a great time.

Hi Becky,
So glad you enjoyed the -succesful- trip.
Brazil seems to be quite an amazing country : one of my colleagues who retired from work, married a Brazilian woman and went to live there. We hardly ever see him anymore  .
Though I doubt there is much teddy-bear action in Brazil ??
Hugs,

Sounds like you had a great and succesful adventure. The youth group from my church is going on a mission trip to Brazil in March. I was hoping to go, but it didn't work out . Maybe someday
Though I doubt there is much teddy-bear action in Brazil ??
That's a very good question. I don't think I've noticed any TT members from Brazil, or heard about shows (in Latin America in general). If anyone out there can fill us in... bear people want to know!
It's nice to be back and to hear from all of you,
