Here is my latest creation which is something entirely different for me; a duck.  He sits at 2.4" tall, has loose legs which flop around so he looks great sitting on the edge of a shelf and his body is loosely stuffed with stuffing and steel shot.  His arms are wired for posing.

I'd love to hear what you all think of him....

Thank you everyone!       I'm so pleased he seems to be going down well.  I may have to make another one now.. 

Julia - I've just done the beak with thin ultrasuede fabric and then needle sculpted it.

Huge thanks everyone for taking the time to comment.    

I'm pleased to say that the gentleman who commissioned him is over the moon with this little duck and I have to say I am too.  I'm really chuffed with the way he has turned out - so much improved from the prototype duck I finished a few weeks ago.

Daphne and Carol - thank you for taking the time to comment on 'duckie'.    

I'm really chuffed with the responses I've had about him as it's taken a while to get to this point.  I can't wait to make another one and see how that one turns out.  I love the attitude he has - I had Donald Duck in the back of my mind as he is a character full of attitude too.
