I have spend a lot of time evaluating my style in comparrisson to other styles.....the real scuttlebut is that I would like to be cute......Disney cartoon animal cute.....but I'm not.

No. I'm not. I have Disney Goofy type bears. yuh huh!

So I was evaluating what I would have to do to do sweet cute instead of goofy cute. I tried, but it didn't work.

So then I got to thinking that maybe our style is simply our style and if it is goofy-cute maybe I should embrace the goof and go with it.Do we do ourselves a dis-service if we go against our inherent style and then end up style-less?.....just needlefelting thoughts of a not-quite-blossoming-artist-wannabe.

The first picture is my second crocheted bear with needlefelted muzzle, open mouth and paws......he's with his new girl friend, Penelope, who is still grounded for getting her navel pierced. I think I could have some real headaches with these two.
