C.W. Huggley BearsI am driving to Biloxi, MS to visit my son and his family. Starting my trip today..I love road trips. I have never been there and am looking forward to walking on the beach and soaking up the local color. Maybe I will get an inspiration for a new bear.

EJ's CraftsUse to always do a arts and craft show on Labor Day but haven't done in a while and I miss them. So it looks like we will spend the weekend at home and probably watch the fireworks, from our house, that the casino puts on. It is 6 miles from the house but we are able to see all the air ones. Trees and houses in the way of the ground ones.
Past Time BearsNothing out of the ordinary. When you're retired, most every day is like a holiday. Yippee.
Posts: 112We have a long weekend for labour day here in Australia too. For me it is part of the school holidays during which I'm planning to spend a few days at my favourite health spa. Can't wait.

I just returned from a week at our camp on the lake. My sister joined us during the week, while hubby went in to work. I actually bought a fishing license and went fishing with sis.....she loves, loves, loves fishing! We caught enough for 3 dinners! a nice relaxing week and weekend, and now I need to check the calendar for work and more motorcycle trips.....and find time to finish a wedding bear order!
