Just wanted to know, what is the max size on a mini ?
I love mini's but I can't see to make the very tiny ones anymore 
I have just made one who is 5" and I think he is a mini 
He's adorable! I call my 5" bears minis

Lisa: I too have poor eyesight. I love to sew mini's and watch TV at the same time but could not do both. I went to my ophthalmologist and explained I need a pair of glasses that magnifies on the bottom but have the seeing distance on top for TV watching. He did it. They are bifocals. The bottom half are NOT reading glasses or computer glasses. They are like magifying glasses. He measured and tested distance of how I hold my sewing and figured it out. I can now see to thread a needle without any problems and sew the tiniest of stitches with such clarity. So you might want to look into that.

Micro-minis are still variable (shorter still to some) but generally under 2".

They still struggle w/the minis but honestly cannot make anything larger than about 3" to 4" at the largest (but now in Needle Felting for the past decade.)
It's the sense of proportion in the design end; anything larger and I just don't have the right combination in my mind's eye.

but its fine, I just had my 60 birthsdag in August.
Long ago I bought a needlefelting kit from you, an icebear and he went out just fine, I love your
needlefelted animals.
Sometimes I needlefelt a bit too, have done some dogs and bears.
