I've wanted to design a Tiger for some time, but I also wanted to make sure he would be a completely original Tiger that looked like no other Tiger soft sculpture. I settled on creating this young Tiger. I loved the innocent face of a young Tiger and the wonderful large paws and gangling body.

Chaucer's body is 21" and his tail is 11". He is created out of the finest quality Belgium faux fur. He is needle sculptured and has hand colored features, including an accurate Tiger coat pattern. He has realistic eyes set in hand made eye sockets and a sculptured ultra suede nose. His neck is double jointed and his back legs are loosely jointed. His front legs are armatured for posing. Chaucer has large realistic paws with sculptured leather paw pads. He is poly filled and his feet and belly are weighted with steel shot for the right feel and weight.
He is a handsome fellow! He is sooooooooooooo realistic. I love everything about him with his innocent look.
Is it real!!!!! brilliant -so realistic!
You certainly achieved what you were going for. I can easily imagine Chaucer pouncing playfully on anything that moved.

Wow! He is beautiful! What an amazing work of art.
Oh, wow, Karen! He is beautiful! He has that kitten look about him, the innocence. But what's nice is you can actually play with this tiger and hug him and not be in danger of being shredded!

WOW! Stunning!!
Thank you, fellow TTers
I find my designs getting more and more complex but I just seem to be pulled in that direction . It's such a great thrill to struggle and struggle with a piece, even dream about how to make it work, and then have it come out somewhat the way I had envisioned. Now I have to get organized about writing down every step I take along the way to get to the end
ThaNkS , again
