hi everyone
i'd like to experiment with tibetan lamb hair/fur but i need a piece about the size of a fat quarter (fat yard). can anyone tell me where i can get a piece this size please?
thanks
jenny
You might want to try e-bay. Another thought would be to contact a local furier to see if they have any scrapes or quarter yead you can buy.
I do have a lamb pelt. It is white. If you cannot find what you are looking for, I can sell you a piece or the whole pelt. The problem is the shipping cost from the US to Australia can be pricey.
Hi Jenny, I use Tibetan lamb as hair on some of my bears. I usually buy it at Doll and Bear shows here in Aus as the doll makers use it in their wigs.
I don't have the contact details for the lady I usually buy from as I just pick it up when I see her at shows, but if you email Karen at kgreen@kat.org.au and tell her what you are after she will be able to put you on to her.
Hope this helps
