I went to Hugglets on Sunday and had a terrific day day - it was just like the fair of old with the que heading towards Kensington High Street.
I had the great pleasure of sitting down on a bench and having a chat to ex Teddy Bear Times editor, Jo Rothery. What a lovely lady she is and such a wonderful ambassador for the Teddy Bear (as is our dear Dawn of course).
I later met up with Katy (The Littlest Thistle) which was great, and we kept meeting and losing each other throughout the Fair! Katy it was wonderful to meet you and I have forgiven you for the "little walk" took me on AFTER the fair!
Great to see the work of so many artists in "the fur".
I was a little disappointed that there wasn't much in the way of fur to get me enthused, HOWEVER I did manage to find a quarter of a metre of aqua coloured alpaca in the last half hour of the show. Now HOW did I miss that!
And oh ... I am so envious of one of Katy's bears who has travelled all the way from Australia. He is FABULOUS!

Hi Karon
It was lovely to see you again. I can't believe how quickly the day went for me. My apologies to everyone that I didn't get to see. You are right, Jo Rothery is lovely I have known her since she lived in Scotland many years ago.
xx
It was great to meet you too Karon, glad you've forgiven me, sorry again about that little trip!
I've just been reunited with the bears, and they're all queueing patiently for lots of cuddles
Wish I could have been there! I hope you'll show us what you make with the aqua alpaca!
Ah yes Melissa, that is going to have to be something special - it is SOOOOO beautiful!!
