You will know by SUNDAY or MONDAY who they are    .

I would like to thank you all for your promptness in this matter - nothing hard about organising a swap except the collation of names and addresses.

I hope you don't mind me adding, and I am guilty here with the Christmas swap :redface: , if for some reason you are having problems completing the SWAP please inform you partner (or if you feel awkward about that myself). 

It is not fair to leave you partner wondering whats happened - this happened to a couple of people in the Summer Swap last year and, I believe in previous years.

Sorry - I sound like an old school mistress! :crackup:

Karon, are we supposed to talk to our partner beforehand (ask if he has favorite colours etc) or shall it remain our secret until we send the bear?

I developed a wonderful friendship with Louise.

I will be honest - I have my eye on a gorgeous  piece of wavy kid mohair in my stash.  It has sat waiting to be made into a bear for about 10 years.!!!!

Can't wait.  I'm going shopping on the weekend for mohair.  I'm going to be itching to create something with it so having an excuse to dive into it for the swap will be wonderful.

I'm going to ask a dumb question but I just want to make sure I understand the swap.

Are we swapping one on one or will we all have different partners?

eg:
Sally swaps with Jenny and Jenny swaps with Sally?

or is it Sally swaps with Jenny and Jenny swaps with Mildred?
(all names are fictional  )

Susan, I also received a swap bear from Jane (Mo-Beary) Christmas Swap before last - and received dear Snowflake (who is out all year!).

Whoever gets Jane is lucky!

Hi all

I am going on holiday Sunday morning...so apologise in advance if I am unable to contact my swop partner until the Saturday following.  I will be taking my laptop and a dongle with me, but may not get a signal where we are going. We will be in our touring caravan...no luxury hotel with broadband for me!  Really sorry!
