Hi.  I'm looking for some unjointed patterns.  I have two patterns already that people have made for me, but I would like to try different patterns instead of just making the same two bears, but I hear that joints would be very visual, so I would rather not do that right now.  Can anyone please help me?  Also, I don't use mohair.  I use faux fur and I also make bears out of fuzzy blankets or whatever I can find that feels like a bear.  Thanks.

I think there's a pattern for an un-jointed bear free to download on this site:

Good luck in your search! bear_original

I'm not sure if I can use it or not because my screen reader won't read it.  It also says mohair bear and I use faux fur.

You can easily substitute mohair for synthetics. I just opened it and it works fine using adobe reader.

Wubbie, if you want the two pdf files from the website, I can forward them to you. One has instructions for making the bear, and the other is just a bear-shaped drawing.

That would be cool.  I can't read PDF files, but maybe I can find someone with eyeballs to help me.

Wubbie, I have some old cute bear patterns I could send you but I don't know if you could use them.  They have to be read and I don't know if you could see the lines to cut???

Someone would have to help me, but I think if I could find someone with eyeballs I may be able to use them.

That would be really cool.  Meemaw made me a bigger pattern and cut me out a couple bigger bears, but there is also one more bear cut out from the pattern you gave me and I would like for you to have him when I get him finished if that's okay.  He is made out of a brown faux fur that I love.

He's almost finished.  I gotta finish his head and then I'll be ready to turn and stuff him and then close him up.

I'll let you know.  Let me know when you receive your bear.  I hope he doesn't have flaws.  My Meemaw made me a bigger pattern and that's actually easier in fur, so I hope he looks okay.  I used the pattern you gave me for your bear.
