For artists and collectors sponsored by Intercal...your mohair supplier and Johnna's Mohair Store
I am taking a course at Ebearz University in making noses. To that end, I need to locate a source from which
I can order modge podge and magnatak glue. I live in a large port city just south of Los Angeles. We no longer have a local Joann's or Michael's Crafts, and we do not seem to have other crafts or sewing stores. I live in proximity to Edinburgh and Intercal, but neither of them carries what I need for the nose projects. Any leads would be welcomed. Thank you. Hugs, Gail S. Thomas
I got Mod Podge in Walmart in up state New York about 3 years ago, so maybe try the craft section there if you have one, sorry, no clue on the glue
http://www.housefabric.com/ProductDetai … ctID=17132 should have Magna Tac glue available.
And also at: http://www.dollhousedreams.com/bigger.p … &page=glue and
http://www.wardrobesupplies.com/store/adhesives.html (better priced I think ) and
http://stores.ebay.com/ZIPPERSTOP/Adhes … b=16572627
Enough shops that sell this product.
And I didn't know Modge Podge (apparently also known as Mod Podge), but this is what I found:
Making it yourself (recipe) : http://westwood.fortunecity.com/ghost/8 … edecor.htm
or buying it a.o. at : http://www.amazon.com/Podge-CS11202-Ori … B00178QQJ8
or : http://www.nextag.com/mod-podge/shop-html
Hope this helps you on the way. Happy shopping (or cooking ) !
Hi Gail. I am also doing that Nose course on Ebearz.
I have never seen the glue, but Mod Podge I always buy at Walmart.
I use Fabri-tac glue which is made by the same company. I think I purchased that at Walmart also. I just looked at both products and they seem almost the same.

Progress report on finding supplies: I ordered Mod Podge from Dick Blick Art Supplies, and have found a Michael's in the next city over from me that carries Fabritac/Magnatac. I will go to the Michael's this weekend.
