polar8sm.jpgpolar3sm.jpgI have just finished this fellow.  He has a locline neck and spine and jointed, wired limbs.  I've had great fun posing him!  His name is Pakak.  I believe it is Inuit for 'into mischief'.

Thanks SO much Joanne!  I keep plugging away, trying to improve and refine my 4 legged bear pattern ( and I can't resist polar bears).

He is magnificent, Sue; a wonderful combination of soft adorable teddy and realistic bear design.   bear_wub

I would love to see how the locline neck and wired limbs work; I am sure it gives him endless possibilities for adorable poses.  bear_smile

Splendid work.

Many thanks Thelma and Peter.  bear_original  bear_original  bear_original  Locline is certainly great for a naturalistic pose.  I bought some from the US about two years ago, then didn't have the nerve to try it.  I think I would certainly use it again for bears on all fours.

Lots of hugs

Oh my gosh! Incredible. The curve on the back, the techniques, the poseability, the sculpting. Absolutely wonderful.

Hi Linda

Thank you for your kind comments.  He's about 16 inches nose to tail when standing with head up...more if he is stretched out.
