Isn't it totally fantastic?  So exciting - but bittersweet because they were born on Hope's would-be second birthday.

Yes, and I said I wouldn't do it, and what have I been doing but sitting in front of the computer screen waiting and watching.  Here we go again.  I guess I will just have to say it out loud..I am a bear cam addict.

Yep, I felt the same way and I'm not quite as emotionally invested as I was the past two years with Lily, but really did want to see how Jewel handled the first-time-birthing process.  Very much different from Lily's experience.  <sigh>  Am sure I will peek in on the den cam frequently, but just do not want go through the ups and downs (mainly the downs) that occurred in the past.  The reality of how bears (and other animals) have to live in the wild can be so heartbreaking.
