I'm not sure if this is new or not.... but I just picked up a pack of the Sharpie Metallic silver markers and I am in LOVE!
These puppies work on both light and dark fabrics...(shows up dark on light fabrics and light on dark fabrics) and..... they do NOT bleed when I put Fray Check on them (like regular Sharpies do!)
I've been having a hard time finding pastel gel pens (Pentel work the best) so when I saw these Sharpies I figured I'd give them a try
Yeah, aren't they great, Laura? And all different colors so if mess up and have to go back and retrace a piece I can do it in a different color and not confussed as to which to cut. I wish they made them in the ultra fine point though as I prefer those!
I heard that the black later turns purple....Winney
Daphne THEY DO! They ahve Med point and fine... I order supplies along with all of my secretarial duties at work (yeah, I do the work of three people LMAO) They are called Sharpie Paint Metallic Markers
I don't think I have heard of them here in Australia ...... is Sharpies the brand name?
Yes it is a name of a permanent marker
Hi Patsy,
Yep, Sharpie is the brand name... (they also sponsor a race car in NASCAR - Right Deb?! )

No wonder you are loving your new discovery!
Thanks Laura, I will check it out to see if I can get them here
Now I also want to see and try these pens, can you give me please tell me where you bought them or perhaps an address of someone on the web who could supply them so that I can go hunting.
Thanks
