OMG LOOK WHAT I FOUND!! After a mass clear out of my spare bedroom I found this covered in an inch of dust but after a quick clean up he is as good as new. I remember the day I won it like it was yesterday - those where the days!!! Brings back lots of wonderful memories. This was when the Awards where big affairs (like winning the Oscars) a big Awards Dinner in a London Hotel.
Let me know if you remember those Glory Days and are still making bears

Past Time BearsThat was about the time I started making teddy bears, so I do remember and I still make them. But since I no longer travel to bear shows, I don't create near as many as I used to. Of course since I live in the USA, I don't know anything about the BBAA festivities, but I suspect the TOBY/Golden Teddy awards shows were/are very similar. I attended some of those shows and they were fun and exciting.
Braille TeddiesWhat do you have? It would have been so cool to be that involved in the teddy bear industry and get to go to shows and awards ceremonies.
