Hey there  bear_grin
i am wanting to make memory bears and bunnies from items like baby grows, loved ones clothing.... also wishing to make a bear to help towards collecting money towards research into funding for my disability and others likewise, but i cannot for the life of me find a pattern which lets me make it like a patchwork bear and a decent sized one about 14 /15 inches... i have came across pattern where it is half and half but i need the pattern to let me take a bit of the clothing and place it in each part ie- gusset, tummy half i also need one that can be non jointed as well as a jointed one...i have been disabled a while now and wish to do something from my bed hand sew these too so i am not just lying here letting in to this horrible disease... please i really hope someone can help me on my new adventure with teddy and a bunny pattern/s...

Debbie, I have two patterns that make unjointed patchwork bears.  Both patterns contain pieces that make 3 different sizes ranging from 17/18 inches to 20/24 inches.  One is a Simplicity crafts pattern # 8418 and the other is pattern # 118 from Possibilities/DreamSpinners (Great American Quilt Factory, Inc.).  Both of these are pretty old, so don't know if you can still find them but it might be worth your time to investigate.
