I am trying wobble joints for the first time. I've checked this site, Edinburgh, searches, but I am still confused. Can someone help me answer this question?

Do you need 2 metal washers, or 4? Because why would you not use 4?

Can anyone provide an absolutely amazing photo tutorial? I'd sure appreciate it.
