I think I missed this show, because there are plenty of girl teddies in the current SPECIAL SHOWCASE ALBUM 4 (in fact one of them lives with me and she certainly is a girl teddy!  )

Oh well never mind; but while I was on this site, Paula, I noticed the "Handy links to specialist Teddy Bear Publications around the world".  I know most of these publications, but I had never heard of "TEDDY TODAY (USA)"; I followed the link to the site and apparently the latest update for the magazine is from 2003.  Maybe you should remove this item, or otherwise just refer to the 'building a teddy bear library" part of the site.  Apparently it was edited by John Paul Port; maybe he can shed some light on what happened to the magazine.

There is still another German magazine that I subscribe to and that isn't mentioned in your handy links: it is called "Teddy & Co". It's target audience is more the teddy bear makers instead of the collectors, but I have already helped out several friends with patterns for pigs, bunnies, rats, and whatnot, that came from this magazine.  It's also not as glossy and thick as BärReport or Teddys Kreativ, but nevertheless worth a mention I think: http://www.teddymagazin.de/

Yes, Peter, John Paul Port and Denis Shaw published Teddy Today from Christmas of 1997 to early 2003.  As with many magazines, rising costs played a part in the demise of Teddy Today, plus other circumstances in their personal lives contributed, I think. 

Excellent slide show, Paula, but not all boys (unless I'm looking at the wrong slide show).
