I have one of the chocolate (brown bear) version that was available back in December, for a cheap knock-about toy bear he's been a lot of fun to play with and hug-
I just ordered the panda, pics will be posted as soon as he gets delivered.

Sacred Bear StudiosWell, it's that cheap microfiber plush, he's got a strange feel because the stuffing has more "body" than the fur, but he has other qualities that more than make up for it.
the upshot is that since he's so cheap for his size and not of top shelf material quality, he's a bear you can just have fun with and not worry about having to keep him perfect.
It's a shame though that he's priced higher than the brown bear version was, they were selling for $40, but I suppose they realized they could raise the price since they couldn't keep up with demand last time.
