This is little Billy on his birthday. He stands just 3 inches tall and is firmly needle felted from alpaca, llama and corriedale wool around a wire frame.  He has polymer clay, black onyx bead eyes and horse hair whiskers. He comes complete with his wooden hobby horse and birthday cupcake. Little Billy is wearing a removable red felt cowboy hat and little red and white kerchief.
