I've gotten only one bear with a separate certificate... it's Deb's bear. Not sure if she'll share her info or not but I thought it was very professional.... not cutesy, no photo, a business type of font used. Very authentic looking. Tammy does certificates too (don't you girls love me for naming names here???) and they are wonderful too! I've never given any thought to one so am no help!
Hi Fran,
I use an Adoptin certificate for each of my bears this has details of the bear name, date of adoption and new mom/dad this example is one I used for a wedding ocuple stating who had commissioned the bears - I created this myself in word and print it on buff colour paper.
I do not yet add a picture of the bear
hope this helps alittle to see another example
