He's here Sophie, and he is so sweet. And I love the treats too. They're extra special coming all the way from France. It took me a while to figure out where you hid the jingle bell. I love his hooded coat. It fits him perfectly. What do the initials on the tag stand for? Any way, he's here and I'll send you a photo soon. I love his name too. It's so different.
thanks again, and see ya at teddy talk
Ann
Sophie, Arsene is sooooo cute . . . way to go!
Cheeky Ann re-edited her previous post to say she has finally received Arsène. I am so releived!
I wonder why it took so long for Arsène to arrive in Ottawa!
I posted him the 23rd of December and Ann received it yesterday, so the 11th of January. Did he visit all USA and Canada before? I really wonder! I payed for a priority mail via air mail! That gives you an idea about how priorities are taken in account in postal services...
So the next time I will have to post a bear, I am rather telling the recipient that it may take ages to arrive even if considered as pririty mail!!!
Ann, did you really find the bell? So you should have noticed it is in one ear! (Actually, I don't remember if I put one in each ear only one in one ear!!!).
The initials on Arsène's tag are mine! Ann, I hope you have found the certificates I made! didn't I write on the certificate these details??? I should check it out!!!
Concerning his name... I find that this bear looks like a bandit because of his eyes . When I asked Malko to help him to find a name for this bear, he finally ended up proposing Arsène (after Arsène Lupin, the gentlman burglar of Maurice Blanc'books).
Beary hugs,
Sophie.
