There is a whole row going on in Belgium about this photo.
A chief of police put these two pictures on FB and asked the question what the difference was between the two: "at least you can teach monkeys something..."  bear_sad

Oh my goodness, Peter . . . the Police Chief needed to be fired for what he did!  I had no idea that photo had caused such a reaction elsewhere . . . just thought it was a funny pic.  So sorry that racism is alive and well world-wide - it needs to go away.
