Did anyone buy a bear from bearpile and have it take a long time for you to receive it? I had bears come from Russia and Ukraine and it took no more than 2 weeks. This time a bear from Russia is 3 weeks out and I have no sign that I'll ever see this bear as it can't be tracked. The bear maker said it could take up to 60 days to get to me - is this possible? Please help!!!!!

I have had bears and fabrics sent from Russia and it has taken about 4 weeks to get to me here in Australia and they were tracked - it does take time due to their postal system - so yes this is possible that it can take up to 60 days. Knowing this I do not get concerned and received the item safely  bear_original
Also you have to take into account that this is the holiday season and everything slows down due to the extra amount of mail going through!
So, hang in there as I'm sure your bear will arrive safely very soon bear_original

Oh, yes, definitely it can take 60 days, but it's so variable!    From the same artist I got one bear in two weeks (from Russia to the Northeast U.S.), and then a few months later it took just under 60 days.   Don't worry yet!
